Best Products of 2017 – Part 3

Hey, girls!

I am going to continue my ‘Best products of 2017’ articles with my most used lip products. It was really hard to decide which ones I love the most, but here’s my list:

  1. Nyx Lip Liner in Natural

It’s by far my most used one, I used three of them in the past year. It’s the perfect shade for me and I use it in most of the days. The lipliner has the perfect texture which gives you enough control to line your lips perfectly and it lasts for the whole day. It retails for only £3.

  1. Nyx Suede Matte Lip Liner in Sandstorm and Life’s a beach

They are just as good as the previous one, I honestly cannot tell if there is any difference between them and the first one. They also last for the whole day and retail for £4.

  1. Nyx Slide on, Glide on, Stay on in Bedrose

This one is definitely creamier than the others. It claims to be waterproof and to stay on all day, which really does. The application is smooth and it’s very pigmented. It retails for £6.

  1. Kiko Milano Smart Fusion Lipliner in 520, 506 & 503

Those ones are not as resistant as the Nyx ones, but are just as pigmented. The formula is creamy, but it gives you enough control over the application. They retail for £2.50 each.

  1. Mac Lipliner in Chestnut

It’s one of my favorites for a dark, bold lip. It is not as creamy as the others, but it lasts for a long period of time. It retails for £14.

  1. Pupa Milano Made to Last Lipliner in 103

This one really does what it says, it lasts for the longest out of all. It’s waterproof, it doesn’t move at all, but the taste of it it’s not my favorite and it’s really strong. It retails for £15.

  1. Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in The Queen, Pillow Talk & Glastonberry

Those are one of my most used lipstick of 2017, especially Pillow Talk which I think is the perfect nude. They are creamy, and they last for 4-5 hours. They have a semi-matte finish which makes them fell hydrating on the lips and not drying. They retail for £24.

  1. Trifle Cosmetics Lip Parfait

This one has the cutest packing and it smells amazing. The colour payoff is really good and it lasts for about 3 to 4 hours. It retails for £17.

  1. The Body Shop Lipstick in 06

In my adventure of finding the perfect nude I came across this one and I instantly fell in love with it. The shade looks amazing and it’s rich in pigment. It retails for £8.50.

  1. Kiko Milano Lipstick in 04

Another lovely nude that looks amazing on the lips, it does not feel dry despite having a matte finish. It retails for £9.

  1. Mac Girl about Town

My favorite fuchsia lipstick. The smell is incredible as we all already know, the color is extremely pigmented, and they last for about 5 hours. The finish is a satin one. It retails for £17.50.

  1. Kevyn Aucoin For Keeps

My new addiction, it has a semi-matte finish and it’s not as pigmented. It feels really hydrating on the lips and it retails for £26.

  1. Anastasia Beverly Hills Lipsticks in Rum Punch & Dusty Mauve

They are amazing, they are absolutely matte, they do not look crusty and they last for the whole day. They retail for £18 each.

  1. Wonder Woman Lipstick in Wonder

A lovely nude lipstick that lasts for about 5 hours. It has a semi-matte finish.

  1. Nyx Gel Plush Lipsticks in 09, 08 & 11

Although they look just like another solid lipstick, in contact with the lips they melt instantly, leaving a satin finish. They are not as pigmented as they look, but they last for a good period of time and they retail for £6.50 each.

  1. Nyx Butter Gloss in Maple Blondie & Tiramisu

They are amazing! They smell extremely good and they hydrate your lips without feeling greasy. They retail for £5.50 each.

  1. Nyx Soft Matte Cream in Antwerp & Bueno Aires

They give you the matte look without drying your lips. But they do transfer easily. They retail for £6 each.

  1. Sleek Matte Me in Birthday Suit, Petal, Shabby Chic, Velvet Slipper, Old Hollywood & Rioja Red

My old time favorite liquid lipsticks, they are truly matte, they last for about 6 hours and they retail for only £5. But they do feel dry on the lips if you do not use a scrub before and hydrate.

  1. Diego Dalla Palma

A true matte liquid lipstick that does not dry your lips and has a good pigmentation, but it does transfer easily. It retails for £15.50.

  1. Cougar Liquid Lipgloss

A new finding, the lipstick is matte and lasts for 7 to 8 hours without feeling crusty. It retails for £4.

  1. Bella Pierre 12 Color Pro Matte Lip Palette

A dupe for the ABH Lipstick Palette, the colors are easy to blend together, and they have a semi-matte finish. They last for 4-5 hours. The palette retails for around £40.

That’s all for today. I hope you enjoyed my article, if you tried any of these or if you plan on trying them out, please leave a comment below.

XOXOs, Alice!
